We’ll automate a search in the MLS and use our network to quickly alert you to new listings. We’ll tour homes with you and we’ll speak up if we see any red flags, or if we see exciting potential.
Make An Offer
When you find "the one" we'll use our tenacity and creativity to submit a strong and competitive offer, which includes all necessary contingencies, inspections, appraisals, etc.
Complete Home Inspection
We'll coordinate the home inspection and negotiate any repairs. This is where we fiercely advocate for your best interests, which is important due to Virginia real estate codes which put the onus on buyers to do their due diligence.
